Transitioning to a bio-based economy.
Powered by Cordeel
The transition towards a lower-carbonconstruction sector depends on more than innovative materials. It requires an ecosystem that connects biomass production, material processing, environmental intelligence and construction. C-Biotech plays a central role in creating that connection.
From Biomass to Construction
Powered by construction group Cordeel Group, Earth+, C-Biotech, Fytolutions and
C-HempflaxBuilding Solutions each contribute a specific part of that ecosystem.
Fytolutions, a servicedelivered through Earth+, focuses onphytoremediation and nature-based regeneration solutions. Through expertise in PFAS remediation and plant-based restoration techniques, it helps restorecontaminated and degraded land and prepares sites for productive future use.
C-Biotech transforms biomass into industrial value. By developing local hemp cultivation, processing infrastructure and scalable production models, it creates the physical flow of renewable raw materials that can replace carbon-intensive alternatives.
C-Hempflax BuildingSolutions converts these bio-based resources into high-performance construction materials. Its insulation products demonstrate how renewable materials can contribute to healthier buildings, lower embodied carbon and long-term carbon storage.
Earth+ provides the intelligence layer that connects the ecosystem. Through monitoring, carbon intelligence, AI-driven analysis and verification systems, Earth+ helps make environmental impact measurable, transparent and economically valuable. This includes carbon accounting, impact monitoring, verification of regenerative projects and the generation of high-quality local carbon credits. By quantifying environmental outcomes across the ecosystem, Earth+ helps translate regenerative activities into measurable value. Earth+ is a joint venture between C-biotech and consultancy firm delaware, who build the platform and open up their network. The Cordeel Group powers this ecosystem and provides the industrial capability to make it scale. From Biomass to Construction
Scaling Regenerative Materials
Together, these organizations create a connected value chain that starts with landregeneration, continues through biomass cultivation and material processing, and ultimately results in
bio-based construction solutions that store carbonfor decades.
The ecosystem unites industry, agriculture and construction in one single solution and is designed to restore land, improve soil health, store carbon and create long-term economic value through regenerative infrastructure. By combining expertise in remediation, biomass, materials, construction and carbon intelligence, it creates viable transitions towards regenerative infrastructureat scale.
While each organization operates independently and serves its own markets, their activities reinforce one another across the regenerative value chain.
As a whole, this regenerative ecosystem brings together innovation, industrial capability and long-term commitment to restore productive land, create carbon-storing materials and scale regenerative infrastructure.
Within this ecosystem, C-Biotech providesthe bridge between regenerative agriculture and industrial-scale production of biobased materials.
We provide holistic solutions capturing carbon, cleaning polluted soils and providing bio-based materials for a circular economy.

In order to restore the atmospheric carbon mass balance we need to fix CO2 at a massive scale and turn them into products that store the carbon for decades.
This versatile, fast-growing plant is at the center of our holistic solution, capturing CO2 and pollutants and being the basis for biobased materials.
Many lands are degraded either due to climate change or industrial agriculture. We restore lands organically with plants to make them available again for agriculture or other purposes.
Many places suffer from historical soil pollution. Plants can come to the rescue and help cleaning up soils in a sustainable way.
To fade out the dependence on fossil carbon, we need to start creating biobased products. For construction we provide wood and sandwich panels. For cities, industry and agriculture we provide traffic poles and biochar.
We aim to tackle multiple problems at the same time with solutions that are biobased, sustainable and circular.
Our products are wholly or partly derived from materials of biological origin, excluding materials embedded in geological formations and/or fossilized. We use Industrial hemp and mycelium.
Our products provide environmental, social and economic benefits while protecting public health and environment over their whole life cycle, from the extraction of raw materials until the final disposal. We account for this by LCA and EPD, stimulate sustainable and transparent carbon credits that provide an improvement versus the baseline (business as usual)
Our products operate within the circular economy model, i.e. they have reduced or completely no need for virgin resources and are designed with the end of their life in mind. We strive for local (short supply chains), circular hubs and product design for reuse.
